Customer Service

Ben Carr
Ben is our go-to-guy for Better Than Tin Ceiling Tiles. Born and raised in the beautiful California wine country, Ben has been into customer service his entire adult life. After two years honing his skills as a Studio Engineer, he joined the Ceilume team as our Customer Project Manager, and we're thrilled to have him. In his spare time, Ben enjoys creating and mixing music of many varieties, and watching The Simpsons.

David Condello
Left on the doorstep of a Tibetan Monastery as an infant, David was raised by kindly monks who taught him the ancient arts of Customer Service. When he reached manhood, he wandered the globe helping people wherever he went. He has brought his ancient wisdom to Ceilume and is spreading the word of Ceilume and kindness through the medium of rigid vinyl tiles. In his spare time he enjoys macrame, gumdrop collecting, and laundry.

Noah Davis
For all of his professional adult life Noah has been helping customers, working primarily in the hospitality industry. On top of that, he maintains an active creative career in the world of post production film sound. When he's not taking care of customer's ceiling tile needs or making sounds for movies, Noah enjoys outdoor activities like surfing, tennis, and cycling. He and his wife, Emma, of Montgomery Klash Interior Designs, enjoy working on their house together whenever they can - their next project is a low profile, suspended ceiling for their basement.

Ritch Foster
After serving customers for many years as a General Contractor here in Northern California, Ritch has joined our Customer Service Team at Ceilume and brought a vast amount of construction knowledge with him. He is enjoying continuing to provide exceptional customer service while no longer beating up his body as a working contractor. Commuting to work on his Vulcan cruiser is an added bonus! With his new rested body he will have more time and energy for running and hiking with his wife Margie and their Canine Companion breeder dogs, Pala and Ona.

Rachel Larman
Rachel loves customer service. She started working her father's store front at the age of 14 and by the age of 23 was managing a full service cafe. While running the cafe full time, she obtained a certification in Human Resources at Santa Rosa Junior College. In 2007, Rachel joined our team. She is always ready to answer questions and enthuse about the benefits of using Ceilume Smart Ceiling Tiles (even when she's not at work). Her other passion is horses and can usually be found at the ranch or on the trail training with her Arabian horse, Mystic Kid.
